Handmade Orders
All jewelry and press on nails are handmade and or made to order. Handmade orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as the item is already in the process of being made for you. Each handmade item has an estimated shipping time frame listed on the product page. If you have in stock item(s) and handmade item(s) in your order it will not shipped out until the handmade item(s) are ready. If you’d like your in stock items to ship out without your handmade item(s) you’ll need to place 2 separate orders.
Drop Shipper
We use a drop shipper for most of our apparel, this allows us to make items as they’re needed. This also makes sure that everything we make will go to a loving home and won’t sit in back stock. All items listed with “Shipped by Printful” on the product page will be shipped out by a Printful warehouse closest to your shipping address. Orders with Printful and Love MadEye items will ship separately.
Shipping

**Orders are packed on Wednesday night and shipped out on Thursday morning, all orders placed after 8:00pm Wednesday night EST will be shipped out the following week**
Your package will be shipped via USPS. Pre Order items will ship out the Thursday after launch date listed on the product. Please check your item dates carefully. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 4-7 days for your item to arrive once it ships out.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Love MadEye Designs is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of USPS, all claims must be filed through them.
Orders with just stickers will be sent out via USPS letter envelope, tracking is not available for these.
