Yes, free shipping only applies to Love MadEye Designs’ items and not items produced by Printful. See product listing for shipper info.

As a business we're constantly changing our prices due to fashion trends, sales demand and other various reasons. This does means that if the price has changed since you've ordered, we're unable to refund the price difference.
For hygienic reasons, press on nails cannot be returned or refunded.

Unfortunately, we're unable to refund the difference between the original price and the sale price. You gotta catch the sales when they happen.
Orders can only be canceled up to 24 hours after the order if placed, after the 24 hour period your order can't be canceled.
Once the order is on it's way you can do 1 of 2 things:
1. Refuse the delivery from the carrier, if you're able to catch them.
2. Contact us at hello@lovemadeyedesigns.com for a return shipping label, with no charge to you.
We'll accept the return as long as the package is unopened, if the package shows any signs of tampering, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be processed.
Once the package is in our possesion we will process your refund.
When placing an order for press on nails choose the nail shape/length you want, at check out put your nail size in the order note box.
If your nail sizes don't fit in the predetermined nail sets, put your nail sizes by order of thumb to pinky in the order notes box at checkout.
1. Take a piece of tape and place over fingernail
2. Take a pen and mark left and right side of nail bed
3. Remove tape
4. Measure against a ruler or measuring tape
5. Repeat with other nails

When you have your nail size make sure to put them in order by left hand: pinky to thumb then right hand: thumb to pinky.
All press on nails come with a complimentary nail prep kit. The kit includes a mini nail file, cuticle pusher, nail glue and a set of adhesive nail tabs.
International orders will not receive nail glue due to shipping restrictions.
If your nails don't fit the predetermined sizes you can choose the custom option and measure your nails. (see step by step measuring guide on any of our press on nail listings.)

Yes, press ons are reusable if removed properly.
Start with clean hands; remove any dirt, oils or hand creams.
Remove any and all polish with acetone polish remover. Press-ons stick best to clean nails.
Push back cuticles with provided cuticle stick
Gently buff your natural nails with the provided nail file. The goal is to rough up the surface to give the glue more to hold onto.
Apply glue to the natural nail.
Apply glue to the back of the press on nail.
Align with the cuticle, press on & hold for 5-10 seconds.
Start with room temperature hands; if your hands are too cold or too warm, the press-on nails may start peeling off too soon.
It’s best to give yourself a manicure before applying press on nails.
Apply enough glue to avoid air pockets, secure adhesion and extend wear.
Start with clean hands; remove any dirt, oils or hand creams.
Remove any and all polish with acetone polish remover. Press-ons stick best to clean nails.
Buff the nail gently & push back your cuticles.
Wipe your nails down with alcohol.
Choose the tab size that will fit your nail the best.
Press the tab flat to the press on.
Align with cuticle, press on & hold for 5 seconds

Quickest Way to Remove Press ons:
Fill a small ceramic or glass bowl with acetone based nail polish remover.
Soak nails until the glue breaks down and the nails become loose enough to effortlessly pull them off or until they fall off on their own.
It’s likely that after all that glue and acetone, your nails are in need of a little TLC, so be sure to follow up with cuticle oil.
TIPS:
Remember to be patient. If you yank off your press-ons before they’re ready, it could strip layers off your natural nails and damage them.
Ways to Removing Press On Nails for Reuse
Removal with Soapy Water (gentalist method)
Fill a bowl with warm water and a little bit of soap.
While keeping the water warm, soak nails for 20 minutes, or until your nails start to loosen up.
Gently pull off the fake nails, clean them off and store them for later use.
Removal with Cuticle Oil (best if your nails are coming up at the sides)
From the small openings, you can place a bit of cuticle oil inside and allow it to get up under the press on the nail (you can also hold a cuticle oil-soaked cotton ball against the fake nails until you can begin moving them around a little.
As they start loosening up, you may have to apply more cuticle oil into the widening gap for the process to really work. This may take some time, but it won’t damage the fake nail or your natural nails.
Before you place a custom order you'll need to contact us with the details of what you're looking to be made. All custom orders require a deposit that will go towards the final price of your purchase.

Once you've gotten in touch with us and placed your custom order:
- We'll create an invoice via PayPal for the deposit; the amount of the deposit will depend on what is being made. We won't start working on your order until the deposit is paid. The deposit amount will go towards the final cost of your order.
- We'll keep you in the loop once we start working on your order, whether we need your approval on certain materials, sketch of the design etc. Please keep an eye on your inbox or phone (depending on how you decide you want to be contacted).
- Once your item is made we'll send you pics of it as well as the final cost and from there you can decide if you want to continue with the purchase or if it doesn't meet your expectations you're able to cancel your order.
- If you want to continue with the purchase we'll create an invoice via PayPal for the final cost and shipping. There are no adjustments if the cost of the item is less than the deposited amount.
- Once the invoice is paid your item will be shipping, our shipping policies still apply to custom orders.
- If you decide you don't want to continue with the purchase, you forfeit the deposit.
Personalized/custom items cannot be returned. This orders specifically are double and triple checked before they're sent off so please make sure you absolutley want it before completing your order.
Yes. All earring fastenings are made with either Gold Plated, Gold Filled or Surgical Stainless Steel.
